I'm going to the zoo today, which always makes me happy. I'll be joined by my Aunt K, who's hardly older than myself, and my little cousin I. We will, of course, look like a family which makes me want to go to the museum instead, where my former co-workers would recognize me. There's nothing so entertaining as sewing seeds of confusion. I've finally assembled my paperwork to apply for a Stafford Loan...I'll mail it today and then anxiously await the results. I hate being so focused on money, but right now it's the linchpin of my immediate plans. And I've started shedding unwanted nonsense and thinking about packing...anybody want a set of walkie-talkies? How about a guitar case full of toys? Anybody? |
