Well, the voters have spoken. While Kerry hasn't yet conceded Ohio, it looks statistically impossible for him there. Oh, well. Whatever. The criminally insane chimpanzee has been elected (for the first time, unless you count his 5 to 4 win in the Supreme Court) and over half of Americans thought it was a good idea. They saw all the evidence of lies, which sent over 1,000 soldiers to die...lies which have killed over 100,000 Iraqis, all for no reason whatsoever. They saw the obvious preference for the wealthy, the callous indifference to the environment, the sniggering disregard for the fact that half of America and most of the world oppose him...they saw all this and elected him anyhow. They chose the sitcom over the documentary, because the documentary was just too scary and real. I really don't think I can move back there. It was one thing when he bumbled into office before we knew what a horrid man he is. When we thought he was just a moron. Now... Canadian citizenship, here I come. For my liberal friends left wondering how they can, in good conscience, pay taxes to a government that will just turn their money into bullets and bombs... |
