The Rule of Eggs Benedict

Whenever I go out for breakfast, as Amy and I do after church for our Sunday Splurge, I tend to order the same thing...Eggs Benedict. This is called a habit, unless you want to change it...then it's a rut.

The good news in Hogtown is that the Argonauts won the Grey Cup!

For my American readers, that's the Canadian version of the Super Bowl. You know the Super Bowl...the game Americans call a "world championship" without inviting any other countries? Much like the NBA Finals and the World Series...even the name...World Series. Sure, there's a Canadian team...the Toronto Blue Jays. (the Montreal Expos have recently moved to D.C., which is a sick joke, really...) But Puerto Rico would whup everyone's butt.

One area in which Americans don't call their winner the world champ is beauty pageants, but that's just because American men wanted to see more women in bikinis. Still, it's called the Miss Universe contest. I wonder how they feel about this in the Andromeda Galaxy?
