I am nearing the end of my self-imposed Week Of Laziness, during which I've read, surfed, watched The Amazing Race and generally avoided doing anything. It's nice, but not for long. I'm already going a bit crazy. I had more written, but it was some pretty lifeless prose...and it took me over an hour to write. The day is grey and rainy, and it feels quiet and subdued. Today is not a day for good, clear thinking. So I'm going to put us all out of my misery and stop trying to get water from a stone. |
