I'm in a blogger's rut. I update, then go quiet, then I reappear and apologize for not updating, then I submerge without word for another week, then I return...ad nauseum. Part of what makes my blog boring is what makes my conversation boring these days...not much changes from day to day and the really interesting things that do happen, interactions with patients, are confidential. I can tell you some general basics, but the story is usually best in the details. So believe me when I say that I've been having a great time and meeting some fascinating people. But if I tell you about them and their problems I'll have to kill you. And eat you. |
